Our days are built upon moments, minutes, hours…..sometimes we long for the hours to pass, sometimes we wish they wouldn’t end. What have you desired since the inception of the virus pandemic? For the hours to pass quickly, to linger? A return to normalcy? To stop hearing about a “new” normal? Asked yourself what is the “new” normal?

Do these questions swirl around your mind? Are you consumed with trying to figure out the future? And a “new” normal? Are you missing the moments God is giving you? To share family dinners together? To repair broken relationships? Laugh more? Forgive the small things? Play more? Pray more? Never has there been a better opportunity to make the most of the moments right in front of you. Look others in the eye and tell them you love them. Today. This moment. Build a day of lingering moments that will give you precious memories for tomorrow ….. whatever the future may hold.

Jesus said not to worry about tomorrow; to be concerned about what we’re going to wear or eat. Life is about more than what we eat or wear. Tomorrow will worry about it’s own things. Matt 6:25-34

“For our light and momentary affliction which is but for a moment is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are unseen are eternal.” II Corinthians 4:17,18 NKJV
